- Key Responsibilities
- Acting for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
- Managing day-to-day communication involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly - conveying information to clients, outside parties, and responding to queries and requests.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
- The skills and attributes we are looking for
- Admission in Australia
- PQE 2 - 7
- Experience in general banking finance, broad exposure consisting of a combination of, acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured)
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple deals.
- Client service focus and commercial awareness
