Our Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Team is the critical link to connect our amazing clients with our dedicated care workers, who provide exceptional support services and quality care. We have a vacancy in our Bundall based office for a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join our Service Delivery team

The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you’re able to reach your full potential. You’ll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork styled environment will ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.

**_ Overall, you can expect to:_**

Schedule support services for our Community Aged Care, NDIS, and Private clients

Rostering our field team members to meet service delivery requirements

Ensure staff are rostered in accordance with their conditions of employment & the SCHADS Award

Read and interpret Support Plans

Sound administrative and computer skills.

Alternate On call After Hours Roster Coverage

Right at Home provides support services 24/7.

Experience within the community care sector, rostering/call-centre environment, and completion of a Cert III or Cert IV in Community Services, Disability, or Aged Care will be highly advantageous.

The role will be covering the local Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region with our office based in Bundall.

**Qualifications**:
**All applicants will be required to provide copies of the following documents**:
Valid National Police Check within 12 months

Current Driver's Licence

First Aid and CPR Certificate

NDIS Workers Screening Card and Workers orientation Module

100 point Identification

Working Rights in Australia for Full Time Employment
