Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experiences **Sales Consultant / Sales Receptionist** to join our team at **Strive Fitness Marrickville**.
This role is sales-focused and perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a drive to achieve results, and a passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage membership administration and ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
- Build strong relationships with members and create a positive club culture.
- Handle enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Report issues and provide feedback directly to the Club Manager.
- Assist with **marketing and lead generation**, including social media support.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, housekeeping, and compliance across the club.
- Consistently **achieve and exceed KPIs** for sales and retention.

About You:

- Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills.
- Proven **sales experience** with a strong record of hitting KPIs and targets.
- Background in customer service, ideally within sales-driven industries (fitness, retail, hospitality, or similar).
- Confident using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across sales, service, and operations.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.

Role Requirements:

- First Aid/CPR preferred (can be obtained on the job).
- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

The Position:

Casual/Full Time
