**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking flexible and reliable Support Workers who can provide Personal Care and Domestic assistance to one of our Members located in Hackham.

Visits are the following:

- Monday 10 am - 12 pm
- Tuesday 10 am - 11 am
- Wednesday 10 am - 11 am
- Thursday 10 am - 11 am
- Friday 10 am - 11 am

There will also be other Members available to support on the platform.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations are required as per government mandates.
- **Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)**:

- A successful and current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support to suitable applicants.
- **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is highly preferred**:

- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Smartphone
