**The Company**

Based in the southern suburbs, this business is a well-known organisation with a strong commitment to developing a positive and high performing culture, which offers staff a fun and flexible working environment.

Due to an increase in work load, they have created a new position for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

This is a permanent position therefore you must have full working rights and reside Western Australia to be considered.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working in a team of two, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to process improvements
- Past experience as a front-end accounts payable officer, from a high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
