**Mission**:
Grow engagement with our members through internal communications strategies to drive 5-star event engagement and attendance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role is responsible for end-to-end event marketing and communications efforts across PLAN Australia, Choice and FAST (PCF Group).
**The role**:
You’ll create communication strategies for every event, tailoring them to the audience and type of event. You’ll work closely with the Communications Executive to access all communication channels and ensure the events team is supported to drive 5-star events.
You’ll understand how to get the most out of our platforms; Zoom, EventsAir and HubSpot to bring events comms to life.
Our brokers will be excited to attend our events thanks to you, they’ll know exactly what to expect and leave the event more engaged with their communities and our brands.
**Your ownership will include**:
- Events strategy
- Re-imagining communications processes for BAU and ad-hoc events across PCF Group
- Building and maintaining rich stakeholder relationships across all of the business
- Events comms
- Receiving briefs from the PCF Group events team
- Building comms strategies and plans tailored to the event
- Writing and executing communication messages across all channels
- Utilising existing and new channels to communicate
- Working with Design Studio to bring comms to life
- Measurement and reporting of all communication campaigns
- Agenda and speaker consultation
- You’ll have input and help drive decisions on agendas and speakers
- Create engaging presentations, working with internal speakers
- Delivering on our team OKRs (objectives and key results)
- Creating and uploading content on the company intranet communications solution
**Qualifications**
- Marketing or Communications degree equivalent
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 5+ years
- Knowledge and expertise in executing communication campaigns across all mediums
- Social media experience (reporting and engagement)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Active Campaign) and or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and understand their needs
**Desirable but not essential**:
- Experience within financial and or property sectors
- Experience working in a franchise business
