**About the role**
In this rewarding role you will be responsible for providing timely and responsive support services to our Ashmore Child Youth and Family Office on a part tim basis. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door of one of Australia’s largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration assistance and support to the service.
You will be the go-to person for organising and managing correspondence, collating information and contributing to the preparation of numerous reports. We are looking for people ready to roll up their sleeves and support our growing team. You will have great organisation skills that will allow you to maintain the daily processes that include scheduling staff rounds, adjusting schedules according to visit changes, maintain staff timesheets and validate visits.
**About you**
You will possess a clear passion to learn and help your team achieve positive outcomes. You don’t shy away from asking questions, and are eager to learn as much as you can about the business You are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and thrive on working autonomously within a team.
Your experience and qualifications for this role should include:
- Certificate III or equivalent relevant experience in business administration or other relevant field;
- Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role;
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable, however, not essential.

- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be up to date with their COVID-19 Vaccination.
