**About the Team**
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving process, procedure and further development of systems, implemented across RDA and the Rheinmetall Group globally.

**Manager**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Support a team of dedicated professionals to achieve supply chain strategic and operational imperatives and business objectives;
- Manage the effective use of 3PL operations in Australia and New Zealand and globally to support the supply chain;
- Assist in driving key initiatives and projects to optimise supply chain, inclusive of cross-functional initiatives; and
- Prepare and communicate a range of supply chain and management decision reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics;
- Experience in a supply chain management role, within a Defence organisation;
- Undertaken business planning, develop and improve the supply chain function;
- Experience in effectively developing a team to drive performance in order to achieve business objectives;
- Experience in managing supply chain initiatives and Defence projects;
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to identify issues, trouble-shoot or develop appropriate solutions and strategies;
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills
- Intermediate computing skills, including relevant SAP module/s, MS Office suite or similar; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
