**About the Role**

This role offers the chance to support admin and staff supervision within Grampians Health's Environmental Services Department. You’ll be key to ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery. Perfect for an organized, service-driven individual. Initially a 6-month reliever position, with potential for a permanent, full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure compliance with GH policies and infection control procedure
- s Administer department reports, staff rosters, and audit
- s Supervise and support staff in the Environmental Services tea
- m Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtes
- y Assist in department projects, policies, and cleaning manual
- s Maintain staff files and contribute to departmental quality activitie

**Skills & Experience**

Proficient with computer systems and keying skill
- s Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- s Ability to work independently and take on responsibilit
- y Demonstrated team player with excellent prioritization skill
