**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines.
- Create wine lists showcasing your inner creativity and maintain respective inventories
- Conduct training sessions to increase the beverage knowledge of all team members
- Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Assist in supporting the restaurant manager in selection of wine and collections
- Lead the sommelier team
