Working with one the of world’s largest fresh Dairy companies, we now have an exciting opportunity that has become available for a **Major Account Reconciler** to join their Commercial Services Team. This team is responsible for the management of the trade accounts with major customers. Use your well-rounded credit and reconciliation experience to excel in this exciting role with an engaged and flexible team

About the role: *
This role will allow you to utilise your all-round major credit, reconciliation, accounts receivable or collections experience to:

- Monitor assigned trading accounts and employ approved follow up procedures to ensure that customers are kept within trading terms.
- Reconcile major customer accounts and ledgers and clearing of matched transactions as required.
- Resolution of outstanding claims with relevant Account Managers on a regular basis.
- Processing of major customer payments upon receipt of EDI file transfers and/or remittance advices.
- Negotiate with customers and adapt quickly to changing scenarios to provide positive outcomes for the business and its customers.
- Follow up of any pricing issues within other departments and their stakeholders.
- Identify potential difficulties, approach management with recommendations and options for action.

**About you**:
You are a strong communicator, with polished technical and analysis skills and know how to build relationships with key stakeholders to gather the information you need and to influence business outcomes. Your experience will include;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts receivable, credit or reconciliation role.
- You have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- You are an expert in the software SAP or a large ERP system.
- You have managed high dollar value accounts and ledgers previously.
- You have a proven track record in identifying, developing/recommending potential workplace innovations which benefits the workplace.
- You think quickly on your feet, a problem solver and are proactive in your communication.
- Your adaptable communication allows you to build relationships quickly with customers to ascertain desired outcomes for the business and your customers.
