**Your day to day will consist of...**
- Ensure that all technical documents align with required contractual obligations and adhere to organisational frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO9001, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all technical documents.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify process issues, and propose corrective actions to improve workflow and documentation processes.
- Present improvement strategies and recommendations to leadership teams to implement strategic changes.

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Degree qualified in Business and or related field.
- Experience working in a large complex organisation supporting Enterprise/ Fed Gov clients desirable.
- Strong communication skills with experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation.
- Experience with ISO9001 desirable.
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
