**About the Role**

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be a key member of our Workforce Operations team, responsible for driving our talent strategy to attract, and engage top talent across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will not only develop and execute recruitment strategies but also manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. You will lead and mentor a dynamic recruitment team, foster resilience, and cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the Recruitment Team Leaders who are specialists in their respective areas, including Sourcing, Onboarding, Campaign, and Recruitment Marketing. You will also work alongside an experienced and supportive Recruitment Manager, where together you will pave the way for a motivated, cohesive, and highly functioning team.

- **Proven Recruitment Expertise**: Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume and complex projects.
- **Strategic Talent Management**: Ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- **Leadership and Mentorship Skills**: Experience leading and developing recruitment teams of all sizes and complexity, fostering a culture of excellence.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- **Resilience and Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

The position is a permanent full-time position, however a minimum of 0.8FTE (32hpw) would be considered. It is based on site at Waratah Campus.
