**About the Role**:
Role accountabilities will include:

- Assisting with the development and maintenance of a centralised framework and governance for end-to-end banking
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the administration of banking platforms, such as setting up new users, deactivating users, granting bank account access
- Managing access to the online banking platforms in accordance with policy and procedure
- Audit and compliance reporting on user permissions and access to banking platforms
- Liaise with external banks to open and close bank accounts and to resolve ad hoc issues as they arise
- Assist in managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Administration of the Corporate Credit Card Facility, including obtaining corporate credit cards for new starters, credit card limit management, and offboarding of employees
- Ensuring GS007 internal control protocols are implemented and adhered to
- Administration tasks for QIC’s Treasury forum
- KYC banking tasks
- Obtaining Auditor bank confirmations for end of financial year reporting

**About You**:
You have meticulous attention to detail and a logical and organised approach to your work. You pride yourself on your ability to plan, and meet deadlines paired with your excellent communication skills. You will also present with:

- Prior experience in a similar role within a finance / professional services organisation (or similar)
- Ability to establish relationships internally and externally to achieve mutually positive outcomes
- Demonstrate initiative and develop solutions to problems as they arise
- Solution focused mindset
- Understanding of control environments and policy adherence requirements
- Experience with administration of various banking platforms and familiarity with corporate online banking systems is desirable
- Prior Finance Services or Retail Banking Experience is highly desirable
