This role is based in Sydney.
**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Customer Success Manager**:
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of top-tier clients under the guidance of a Group Sales Manager.
This role is all about building and consolidating relationships within existing clients and optimizing revenue opportunities. This is not a ‘new business’ sales role
**Functions will also include**:
- Proactively meeting with your portfolio of clients (all ad agencies)
- Maximising revenue opportunities within your portfolio
- Working cohesively with broadcast, digital and production teams
- Helping identify premium sponsorship opportunities
What are we looking for in a Customer Success Manager? What’s important?
- Media sales and/or account management experience
- Ability to plan and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue share
- Ability to work autonomously on key projects and opportunities
- High level of detail, flexibility, time management and accuracy
**Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required**:
- IBMS and Mediawise software knowledge is preferable
- Experienced in negotiating annual and trading deals within agencies
