**Why We Need You**
We are seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and administrative support. Our in house team is supported by external bookkeepers, CFO and Accountants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Accounting field, with a focus on Accounts Assistant** **duties.

**What you'll be doing**
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Receipt payments and reconcile accounts
- Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accurate sales recognition.
- Process payments through government portals and through our software program.
- Follow Up Accounts Receivables
- Process Accounts Payable

**What we're looking for**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeping role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing high-quality customer service
