Collections - Accounts Receivable

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We are world leaders in combining online learning with online tutors.
We are looking for a full time and part time person to follow up missed payments from families. The preferred hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (flexibility with these hours may be afforded).
This is a hybrid role predominantly from home. However, you will be required to come to our office in Frankston for training and at least one day per week thereafter.
We are a family business that truly cares about the students and families enrolled with us. The successful applicants will have the persistence and resilience required for collections but also a softer, empathetic side required to communicate with parents.
To be successful, applicants require:

- strong communication skills;
- an ability to work autonomously;
- great listening skills;
- a strong resilient personality;
- the ability and willingness to assist in other areas of administration / accounts..
