**Your Opportunity**
As a key member of the Enterprise division, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative support to several Partners, including the Lead Partner of the Newcastle and Hunter region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level executive support to multiple Partners (potentially virtually and onsite)
- Proactively managing workflow, including diary and inbox management
- Organizing internal and client meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring a positive KPMG experience
- Managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and their PA's
- Organizing, managing, and executing internal and external events
- Assisting with business development initiatives and contacting target clients on behalf of Partners
- Collaborating with our National Onboarding and Enterprise division on employee onboarding and offboarding
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implementing office policies and procedures.

**Your Experience**
