**How You'll Create Impact**:
Ordering and deployment of instruments to plan
- Run MRP for the weekly PO replenishment cycle for both instrument deployment and spare parts
- Maintain the efficient running of MRP for instruments, including the management of open PO’s and data hygiene for MRP inputs
- Review backorders and follow up on stock shortages with suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers and attend supply meetings
- Communicate supply gaps to the ANZ Marketing/Operations
- Liaise with global for redeployment opportunities
Optimise the inventory of deployed & undeployed instruments
- Analyse the productivity of existing deployed assets to determine action plans to mitigate risk and improve service levels
- Maintain ANZ safety stock for consumption/losses/damages
- Maintain ANZ inventory for forecasted deployment plan
- Reduce excess instrument inventory to optimise space and P&L
- Deliver high service levels by deploying value-add instruments
Attend all SOP meetings, working with key stakeholders to:
- Manage the instrument spend budget annually, in line with finance, marketing, demand planning, and operations
- Communicate progress of the instrument release plan
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Problem solve complex commercial and supply chain challenges to deliver revenue and expense needs
**Your Background**:
- Approximately three years of experience in an Operational, Planning or Finance role, ideally within the Medical devices sector, with exposure to MRP and supply planning
- Demonstrated ability to work through complex problems and tenaciously seek a resolution.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work with SAP & complex Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
