**About the Role**:
The International Scholarship Coordinator provides high level coordination of relationship management, contractual, financial and administrative arrangements for scholarships in Victoria University International (VUI). This role is pivotal in increasing the number of externally funded scholarship students enrolled at Victoria University (VU).

**This is a continuing full-time position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 7 classification and the salary range is $90,891 per annum - $98,385 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.**

- A relevant degree and extensive experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge and experience of the international scholarships area
- Strong organisational and project management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment A thorough understanding of University operations, governance and decision making processes.

**Duties**:
An example of duties you may perform will include:

- Coordinate the VUI Scholarships portfolio, ensuring that recruitment, admissions and ongoing service delivery to incoming international scholarship and sponsored students are handled efficiently and effectively
- Provide high quality and timely consultancy and advisory services on the appropriate strategies and effective international scholarships administrative processes procedures and systems within VUI and to relevant external stakeholders Develop and implement regular, accurate and data driven reporting on the development of international scholarship and sponsorship opportunities.
