**As the Manager, Debt and Equity Market Operations, reporting into the Executive, Market and Trade Operations, you will**:
- Lead the day-to-day and longer-term planning of the Fixed Income and Equity Operations team to ensure that service delivery meets customer and colleague expectations.
- Engage with Markets stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and actions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members on development opportunities.
- Manage change and transformation to ensure strategic priorities are achieved whilst reducing risk and ensuring compliance with obligations.
- Deliver ongoing improvement in the efficiency of the team (outside of funded changes).
- Support the business by attending to a range of administrative activities to ensure that team members are supported in the provision of an efficient and high-quality service to customers and colleagues.
**What you will bring**:
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Markets Operations with exposure to Fixed Income, Futures and Equity products.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including people leadership.
- Key focus on colleague engagement, customer outcomes and risk Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and make decisions.
