Job Overview

We are seeking a Debt Markets Specialist to support our mission to reinvent banking and capital for the innovation economy. Our cash management and debt markets platform is used by thousands of early- and growth-stage companies to manage their finances and raise debt capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in executing transactions, building relationships, and expanding our debt marketplace.
  • Grow and maintain our lender network, tracking engagement, preparing materials, and supporting coverage efforts.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and analysis for both borrower and lender audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Ops to inform the product roadmap and expand our capital markets offering.
  • Assist with originations by supporting the qualification of new opportunities alongside the sales team.
  • Contribute to cross-selling efforts, helping integrate our cash management solutions into borrower and partner workflows.
Requirements

You should have 1–3 years of experience in debt markets, private credit, investment banking, or fintech. A strong interest in private credit, technology, and early/growth-stage companies is essential. An analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and presentation skills is required.

You will also need to be detail-oriented with the ability to support multiple projects under tight timelines. A team-first mentality with a willingness to learn and take direction, while contributing ideas and solutions, is required. Finally, an entrepreneurial spirit – a bias for action, eagerness to grow, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – is necessary.
