About the opportunity
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and priorities.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and families of residents.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, particularly relating to resident care and organizational compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence aligned with aged care regulations and standards.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regulatory deadlines relevant to aged care operations.
- Support the CEO in implementing strategic initiatives, including quality improvement programs and accreditation processes.
- Organize travel, events, and community engagement activities that promote the organization’s mission and values.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aged care legislation, funding models, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with empathy and professionalism.
