**The Opportunity**

As the Executive Assistant you will provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO through your proactive management of the CEO’s calendar, prioritising requests and inquires and making recommendations to ensure an efficient and effective time management of the CEO’S workflow. This exciting opportunity also assists the CEO by supporting the Board and Board Committee with various tasks, sourcing and assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas, meeting papers and reports, taking accurate minutes and the timely distribution of board papers.

**Key Responsibilities**

- level of administrative services
- Coordinate monthly Executive Management meetings and collate Executive reports
- Review and create presentations and papers as requested
- Manage CEO Financial transactions and receipts
- Support and assist the CEO, Company Secretary and Board and Board Committee by coordinating Board papers and reports
- Attend all Board and Committee meetings, prepare meeting rooms, take accurate minutes and actions

***Skills & Experience**

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Experience in working within an organisation in supporting the CEO in Board related functions
- A proactive, self-starter who identifies improvement opportunities
- A high degree of interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, and all levels of the organisation
- Discretion and tact in dealing with sensitive matters
- High levels of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent information systems literacy, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven experience managing competing demands on time
- Prior experience working within community health, disability or aged care would be highly regarded but not essential
- Demonstrated behaviours consistent with AccessHC’s values
