**About the Role**:
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our dedicated support worker team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Design and implement service schedules that meet clients’ needs ensuring timely and effective care.
- Connect clients with the right care workers, fostering relationships that enhance the quality of care for our clients and workplace experience for our support workers.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, their families, and client managers about all aspects of rostering, including shifts, cancellations, and changes.
- Ensure that our rostering practices comply with all awards and business rules, optimizing the allocation of our skilled workforce.

This is an onsite role based in our office in Tullamarine Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**About You**

You are a passionate, self-driven individual with a knack for organization and a background in rostering or scheduling—experience in Aged Care or Disability sectors is a plus but not a must. Your enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service shines through in every interaction, and you handle multiple priorities with ease. With evolving IT skills and a readiness to embrace new systems, you thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute positively to workplace culture.
