We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, driven high level CRM with excellent account management and relationship building as well as business development skills, who thrives in a fast paced and innovative environment, to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager - NSW/ACT, you will be responsible for developing and converting a pipeline of customers, in addition to providing outstanding service to our key existing customers. Some occasional travel to regional regions will be required.
**Job Description** Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Develop and convert a Customer pipeline
- Establishing, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Account management including the management of day to day customer requirements, customer complaints and delivery of contractual management obligations
- Collaborate with the national Medilaw Group team on product innovation and implementation
- Undertaking the planning and delivery of educational and industry relevant events and social activities
- Assist our national marketing team with content and promotion of marketing activities/tools
- Provide support for tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
- Reporting and compilation of customer performance data

**Qualifications** To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within healthcare or associated sectors
- The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of and contacts within injury management, rehabilitation or compensation related industries
- Previous experience in organising small to medium events is desirable
