We are looking for a driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This position plays a key role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth and brand enhancement through the delivery of excellent client service, relationship management and new opportunity identification within the firm’s Key Client Program.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Creating strong relationships with internal and external client teams in order to execute on key KPIs and influence internal teams to action.
- Working with the CRP and the wider client team on the development, execution and maintenance of the client plan across all workstreams.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client for non-matter based requests and works with cross functional teams to address client requests and inquiries.
- Acting as the business development lead on panel proposals and strategic opportunities and supports colleagues with client insights on practice specific opportunities.
- Focusing on client satisfaction, and taking the lead on undertaking regular client listening (tenders, matters, relationship reviews).
