**About the role**

Stratco are looking for an organised and customer focused Accounts Administration professional to become an integral part of our national and international company located in our Gepps Cross head office.

**Key responsibilities**
- Accurate allocation of customer payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Processing of credit notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal customers
- Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider Finance team as required.

**About you**
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly
- Possess exceptional computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel
