**Planner**
- *As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion work-in-hand, Georgiou has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join Georgiou.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager based in our Brisbane Office, you will have the opportunity to build a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels within the company.
You will provide on-site support to our project teams to maintain contract programs in line with client and Georgiou Requirements. Your key accountabilities will include:

- Reviewing construction drawings and specifications to develop a strong understanding of the project scope, task durations and project deadlines
- Liaising with management to determine the sequencing required to complete the project scope and relating this information into a chronological list of activities
- Working with estimating team to produce tender programs for submission
- Developing and maintaining project schedules in ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6 for tender proposals in line with Client and Georgiou standards and requirements
- Enhancing schedules prepared during the tender phase for awarded projects (up to level five (5) detail when necessary, including but not limited to resourcing man hours and quantities) and handing over to the Project Manager prior to commencement of the project
- Assisting project teams with the training and development of personnel regarding planning and scheduling as required
- Forensic program analysis to assist project managers with EOT claims
- **What you’re good at**:
This position requires a self-starter, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience working on TMR and/or RMS infrastructure projects.
You will have:

- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a similar role
- A Civil Engineering qualification (desirable)
- Experience using ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6
- Experience with producing time impact analysis programs for delay claims
- Experience in creating time chainage programs with TILOS is seen as an advantage
