mx51 is a payments-as-a-service solution for banks, non-bank acquirers, and other merchant service providers. We are building a payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments in-store, in-app and online, whilst consolidating all their data on a real-time business management dashboard.

**About the role**:
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding the needs of all our customers (banks, partners, merchants and consumers), defining product requirements to solve those needs, and working with internal and external partners to launch products and features that customers love.

We consider product development to be a collaborative effort between our Product, Engineering, Design and Customer teams. You will be responsible for aligning everybody on a shared vision for your product, and then coordinating all the moving pieces to ensure a successful launch and beyond. You will be expected to work at both a strategic level and in the detail.

We are currently developing our Online Payments solution and you will be responsible for one or more of the products within this solution (e.g. payment links). You will be given end-to-end ownership of building your product from the ground up.

This role would suit a natural problem solver who is comfortable with technical and ambiguous environments. One day you may be aligning the Leadership Team on your product's MVP feature set for launch, and the next day you may be defining which specific payment form elements can be styled by merchants.

**We're looking for somebody who has**:

- Prove experience in Product Management, especially with products in the online commerce space (e.g. payments, eCommerce platforms, etc).
- Experience in product discovery, such as conducting customer research, testing, and translating outcomes into product requirements.
- A proven track record of bringing products to market, and then using feedback and data to iterate and make enhancements.
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps from the company vision. As well as prioritising competing features and making strategic decisions on where to focus.
- A "whatever it takes" attitude to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user's frustration.

We're a remote first organisation, looking for people across Australia and New Zealand (or even across APAC). We just ask that you're ok with visiting Sydney on the odd occasion for team, social, and strategic events from time to time.
