West Coast Commercial Industries is a well-established and dynamic company working on commercial building projects throughout Australia.
We are looking for an Office Administrator with a bubbly and bright personality to join the team. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys administration and coordination. The Company's focus on manufacturing, distribution and contracting provides a unique and broad range of exposure throughout the commercial building industry.
**Role**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the WCCI Admin Department with booking dispatches, processing orders, responding to enquiries, and reporting.
**Core Duties**:
- Processing contract documentation
- Communicating with clients regarding order details and status
- Booking dispatches
- Administrative ad hoc duties
- Document Controller
- Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and in a team
- Strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Car + License preferred
