The Workforce Planning Team Leader is a vital role in our team ensuring that there is always coverage both forecasted and in real time, to support our client base across Australia and New Zealand. Leading a small yet dedicated team you will drive efficiencies and intra day forecasting to exceptional success. **Day to day you will be responsible for**: - On the day analytics and assessing call volumes - ensuring service delivery is met - Forecasting planning upcoming holidays - Leading the team through coaching - End of day and weekly reporting This opportunity offers exceptional growth moving into WFM and potential to expand your knowledge to workforce planning in field teams. **A little about US**: We believe everyone has the capacity to be better.
