**Forward Facing seek an experienced ILS practitioner for Defence work.**

The Project ILS manager is responsible for identifying, scoping, planning, undertaking, and ensuring the completion of all ILS-related deliverables and responsibilities for the Project to support the achievement of approval for the Project.

**General tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Provide ILS advice and support to the IPM.
- Draft and author key ILS project documents as required by the IPM.
- Contribute to other non-ILS project documentation as required by the IPM
- Attend, participate and contribute to Project and stakeholder meetings.
- Engage with stakeholders and facilitate meetings and workshops to progress ILS Project work.
- Understanding or experience in LSA, LSAR or Spares Modelling
- Other tasks which support the project to achieve Second Pass

**The resource will be required to provide ILS support and expertise to the**
**Project in the following specific areas**:

- Development of Tier 1-3 Project documentation to support Capability Manager Gate Review (CMGR) and Investment Committee (IC) activities.
- Management, governance, and assurance of ILS contract deliverables by the PSI, including introduction into service activities throughout the Acquisition Phase.
- Design of support strategy for future capability procurements, and ensuring supplier delivered ILS support plans align with this support strategy

The key outcomes of this role will be the provision of an ILS specialist with key knowledge and understanding of Defence logistics in the areas of Supply, Maintenance, and Training support. The incumbent will play a key (lead) role in ensuring all ILS aspects of the Project have been captured and are progressed through to completion for approval.
