Space Systems Branch has an exciting opportunity for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Practitioner to join the team and work in support of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) capabilities.

SATCOM Systems Program Office (SPO) sustains leading edge communications technology in support of ADF operations, both here and overseas. These capabilities range from strategic and tactical satellite communication systems, to global positioning systems and communications networks.

**About our Team**
Space Systems Branch acquires and sustains SATCOM systems, and is a trusted advisor for the Australian Defence Organisation. The team comprises professionals from various disciplines including project management, engineering, commercial, and logistics. This multi-disciplinary team is composed of highly skilled and motivated Australian Public Service, Australian Defence Force and contracted personnel.

The team works from Brindabella Park offices in Canberra and maintains close collaboration with other functions of Defence and other Government Agencies.

Key attributes:

- Experience in supporting service delivery contracts that required collaboration and relationship management to achieve or drive contracted outcomes.
- Demonstrated level of high quality verbal and written skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and engage with personnel at all levels.
- Ability to proactively engage and build productive relationships with stakeholders across, and external to Defence.

A Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is required for commencement.
