**About the role**:
As the ILS Manger, you will be leading a team of practitioners in the ILS domain in order to achieve the contracted IWP outcomes for the Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) project.

**What will you be involved in**:

- Lead and manage a team of skilled ILS practitioners
- Provide well-reasoned advice to project leadership on the ILS program
- Oversee and execute the project ILS program
- Statement of work definition
- Tracking and reporting of outcomes
- Maintain appropriate relationships with project management, engineering and sustainment staff
- Providing in-depth technical leadership
- Mentoring junior members of staff
- Resource management

**What we would like from you**:

- NV1 Security Clearance
- Possess extensive ILS experience with a minimum of 10+ years' experience within Defence or Defence industry
- Have a sound understanding of Defence logistics systems, tools and methodologies
- Exhibit outstanding skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
