**_ The Role:_**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Marketing Specialist** to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you'll drive product visibility and sales support across Rinnai's key product categories by delivering trade promotions, sales materials, and dealer support. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll be the go-to for trade marketing.

**_ Key responsibilities:_**
- Leading the development of trade marketing materials for product launches including brochures, POS, signage, and presentations.
- Supporting the sales team with tools and collateral to drive engagement across dealer and installer networks.
- Coordinating trade promotions and incentive programs across our wholesale and retail partners.
- Create and manage presentations for the sales team and retail partners
- Assisting in planning and delivering trade events, expos, and installer engagement initiatives.
- Managing print and merchandise requests to support trade campaigns and product visibility.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing) and suppliers.

- Proven experience in a trade or channel marketing role.
- Sound project management experience with strong coordination skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and a flare for building strong stakeholder relationships.
- You're passionate about delivering quality marketing experiences that drive results.
- Qualifications in Marketing and/or related field preferred
