**The Opportunity**:
A Technical Search Specialist is a passionate Search expert with over 7 years of deep, paid search implementation expertise on B2C clients with challenging CPA goals - someone who loves hand-crafting and evolving big budget, technical search accounts. They love their field of expertise and this love is contagious to both team and client.

We are looking for that magic mix of cutting edge, deep technical expertise and charming client service. You will need to understand technical Meta performance setups and lead gen programmatic buys too, in order to support search.

A Technical Search Specialist is a technical expert proficient in applied platforms SA360, GA4, Google Ads, Bing (setups/testing/CDP API's) and has exceptional English communication skills to lead/charm the client through insights, optimisations, strategic recommendations and creative paid search ideas.

They must have strong SEO, landing page, UX and ad quality score optimisation applied knowledge - hence they must understand how to build a balanced One Search methodology, how to use meta data and quality of content.

They must be able to use multiple research tools such as Adthena, SEMrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Keyword planner and Budget Bid Strategy in SA360 to support their proactive's. The ability to build real-time dashboards and demand curves is a highly desired plus.

**A snapshot of what you'll do**:

- Provide remarkable client service in order to become your clients trusted advisor and agency SEM partner.
- Develop a strong understanding of your clients business and how SEM (and some other Performance media such as Meta/DV360) can meet those needs
- Make your client's budget the most effective SEM budget in Australia
- Propose and finalise all campaign and BAU KPIs, benchmarks and pacing strategies.
- Take ownership of the delivery of all agreed campaign and BAU KPIs and benchmarks.
- Identify key testing, strategic and tactical opportunities and provide ongoing recommendations to clients.
- Manage client budgets, reconciliations, performance goals and programmatic investment to ensure Bohemia delivers what we say we will deliver.
- Prepare for and lead client WIPs demonstrating continual progress and results.
- Partner with Bohemia’s Media, Intelligence and Create management teams to deliver the complete Bohemia experience.

**Your Ideal Experience**:

- 7+ years hands on highly complex, Tier 1 client SEM accounts - implementation, optimisation, testing, outside the box creative recommendations
- Strong Social & Programmatic setup skills
- Experience in prioritising workload, fostering a culture of integrity and support
- Expert understanding of analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query, Adthena, SEMrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Keyword plannera and CDP DSP integrations.
- Mastery of Performance management technology
- AdServing platforms like Sizmek or DoubleClick Campaign Manager
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Exceptional presentation and client service skills
