Technical Support Engineer

Sydney – Hybrid

Ignite Search Partners is working with an international fast-scaling SaaS business. With strong international expansion across APAC, the business delivers enterprise-grade software solutions that are transforming legal workflows and document review.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring client success by resolving issues and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage problems from initial query to resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer problems from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving simple issues directly or engaging Technical Specialists for more complex cases.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and solutions.
  • Build an understanding of individual customer use cases to provide tailored support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire support process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, analytical, or technical discipline with a 2:1 or above, or GPA of 3.5+
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong desire to work in a customer-facing role.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
