**Job Title: Consultant - Technical Support**
**Location: Sydney**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level client support by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Offer timely technical consulting to clients, providing clear explanations of solutions and processes.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution times and prioritization based on client needs.
- Assist with system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance tasks as per client requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes, known issues, and technical support guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as emerging technologies in the industry.
- Train end-users and internal staff on best practices, system usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any follow-up technical queries.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good years of experience in a technical support or consulting role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), databases, and cloud services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and clear manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
