Your roleProvide authoritative, specialist advice and recommendations across the functional areas of responsibility and lead the delivery of actions that drive the development and implementation of workforce strategies and plans, a range of organisational development, cultural lifts and initiatives that meet the agency needs now and into the future.Provide authoritative, specialist advice, recommendations and lead actions that build organisational capability and sustainability through the formation and execution of bespoke learning and development frameworks, learning management systems, a range of tools and the delivery of training programs that align to individual performance planning, line manager expertise and knowledge exchange.Deliver contemporary workforce data analytics and insight services in partnership with other MAISQ teams, that inform effective strategy and planning execution. Research and prepare briefs, reports, submissions and proposals that facilitate valued programs of work with robust benefits realisation measurement.Influence and support senior management and the broader People, Culture and Communication team on matters relating to organisational capability and capacity including provision of end-to-end talent acquisition and the implementation of effective staff satisfaction and retention, diversity and inclusion, and culture change initiatives.Represent MAISQ interests at inter-agency meetings and forums, whilst supporting the Director People Culture and Communications as Chief HR Officer, ensuring whole-of-Government commitments, plans and reports are formulated, analysed and effectively communicated.About youTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong commitment to shared values, and a broad skillset that includes:
- Extensive experience developing and implementing people and culture initiatives, data analytics and evaluation frameworks.
- Extensive experience in change management and a personal drive to continuous improvement and innovative practices.
- Strong communication, coaching, mentoring and training skills in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Collaborative, autonomous, flexible and agile working style and approach.
- Leadership and management experience commensurate with program leadership.
