**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This Civil Contractor has grown significantly over the last few years, creating a well established and highly respected reputation within the market. Due to securing multiple Earthwork and Subdivision projects valued up to $25m, this rapidly growing firm is seeking to engage an experienced Leading Hand to join their team.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

Your new role will play a crucial part in assisting the Supervisor, to ensure these large scale projects are executed on schedule and within budget. You will be given the responsibility to run your own team of up to 5 people, with the support that will give you the essential skills and experience to progress into a Foreman role.

**DUTIES.**
- Interpreting site plans
- Ensuring the site is safe at all times
- Drive the team with the Foreman for a timely project delivery
- Organise necessary equipment

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Previously worked on Subdivision or Earthwork projects as a Leading Hand
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to drive sub-contractor productivity
- Good communication skills
