**Flexibility Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist team leaders to deliver and manage a diverse suit of funding programs. This will include coordinating funding rounds, assessment processes and contract negotiation and management.
- Manage own portfolio of grant funding projects
- Utilise best practice grants management database to deliver relevant funding rounds, and proactively manage all aspects of the grant management life cycle
- Undertake assessment of grant funding proposals for eligibility and adherence to program guidelines
- Prepare reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence as identified and as directed by senior officers and management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Deadline-driven and remains calm in high-pressure environments
- Analyses, interprets and solves difficult problems. engaging team and management input to provide accurate and timely solutions
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and uses sound judgement on sensitive and confidential issues
- Government experience highly advantageous
