We are looking for a uniquely creative individual filled with passion and determination to join our team as a Cluster Visual Merchandiser - NSW across a number of stores.

You will be responsible for translating the company VM direction into creative merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability and increase visual presentation of stores through training and educating the sales teams.

This hands-on creative role will require you to continuously push the boundaries of visual presentation, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service, creating the unique store experience that is General Pants.

The Cluster Manager will also work closely with the Brand Experience Leads to support with developing, creating & delivering VM training modules, and national directives.

The Must Haves:

- At least 1-2 years’ Visual Merchandising/supervisory experience across multiple fashion stores.
- Genuine love, experience and understanding of the fashion and retail industry.
- A passion for incomparable customer service offering a unique experience in store through a positive can do attitude and high-energy.
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Proven experience in coaching and developing individuals and their skill sets
