For our store located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Merchandiser will execute all visual and merchandise activities in conjunction with Visual Merchandising Manager and the Operations Team. The Visual Merchandiser will ensure the best presentation of product, furniture and space and create visual shopping experiences.**Visual Merchandiser**

Your new job includes
- Develop the shop as a flexible canvas for promotions and activities
- Present the Merchandising Guidelines according to the Heinemann VM guidelines
- Coordinate and manage Visual Merchandising training for all shop staff
- Coordinate and maintain promotional concepts register
- Set up all campaign and seasonal Visual Merchandising concepts
- Review ticketing execution and adjust where necessary
- Be the point of contact for the Operational Team on a day to day to day basis for any store VM requirements

What you should bring along
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising role or a multi-site role within a high volume clothing retailer
- Strong people and management skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
- Experience in retail environment/department store
- Organisational and communication talent
