- Based in Waterloo Head Office 3 days, in field 2 days

Our client is a growing apparel retailer with both brick and mortar and a strong Ecommerce presence, that has an opportunity for a Visual Merchandiser to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising, together you will coordinate all visual merchandising within stores. You will be based in their Head Office in Waterloo 3 days a week and will visit the stores on the other days where you will train Store and Area Managers to implement the correct visual merchandising standards.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Creation of all Visual Merchandise guides and communication
- Training Store and Area Managers in the correct Visual Merchandising execution
- Report and monitor key categories sale performances
- Coordinate window, display fixtures and prop audits and allocations
- Assist with sourcing, allocation, and distribution of signage to stores within allocated timeframes
- Oversee the general maintenance of store fittings and fixtures - ordering and auditing.
- Input into creative ideas and concepts for windows, in-store visual merchandising, and campaigns
- Assist on campaigns and product photoshoots where required
- Assist with the organisation of store openings and closures and special or one-off promotions or projects.

**To be successful within this role, you will have**:

- 1+ years Visual Merchandise experience
- Experience with a high-volume apparel brand
- Awareness of new fashion ideas and trends
- Indesign / Adobe suite programs experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A positive, engaging, and can-do attitude
- Ability to use your initiative and stay calm under pressure

You will be required to visit stores 2 days a week so you will need to have your own car and driver’s licence. They offer flexible working hours, clothing/product discounts and a generous car allowance and petrol card.

Must have permanent working rights in Australia and be fully vaccinated to be considered.
