**The opportunities**:
u&u recruit for a diverse range of clients, including organisations in industries such as; retail, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, not for profit, government, health and aged care and financial and professional services. We are seeing a need for talented HSE Advisors to come on board on in the new year.

As such, we are looking for engaging HSE Advisors with experience in:
Managing ad-hoc HSE queries;
Identifying, developing and implementing a safety and wellness strategy to enhance the safety of employees;
Undertaking health and safety investigations and inspection processes and ensuring outcomes are acted upon;
Educating line managers and supervisors regarding their role and responsibilities in ensuring the safety of their employees;
Driving and maintaining a positive safety culture across an organisation; and

Staying abreast of trends and innovations in the field of safety, injury management and workers' compensation and keeping up to date on legislative and regulatory issues at the State and Federal level.

**What we need from you**:
Have worked in an HSE Advisor role previously;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
Experience in working autonomously with a proactive approach;
A highly energetic, engaging and pragmatic style; and

Ideally, you will have a Diploma or be degree qualified in WHS or another relevant field.
