**We are seeking a motivated, eager, and professional individual to join our growing business.**

**Amity Property Group,** based in South Yarra, is one of our fastest growing companies, specialising in selling new residential projects off-the-plan as well as established. They have built an impressive track record of successfully marketing projects throughout Melbourne for a wide range of developers; from small firms undertaking their first development to major property groups, such as LK Group.

The successful applicant will be the face and voice of the organisation, not to mention the administrative backbone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at all times, making everyone feel as though they are important to our organisation
- Manage and effectively record all contract and project information
- Ensure that all contract information given to solicitors is up-to-date and 100% accurate.
- Weekly reporting to all departments of the business as well as external stakeholders.
- Support every staff member and be the 'go to' in the office.
- Completing all orders for office and display suites
- Keeping the office well presented and tidy

**You will have**:

- Sound interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to take initiative and stay focused
