We are seeking a results driven, positive and friendly Sales Manager to join our fun and thriving. Sales team in our head office in Melbourne, Victoria on a full time basis.

You will have strong people skills and a background in sales to help support, lead and develop our team nationally and internationally. This role has a generous base salary on offer + Commission + Super.

**You Have**:

- Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership and sales coaching role within a phone based sales environment.
- An intermediate level of understanding of the wine industry including vintages, varietals and regions
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales manager role
- The ability to develop highly driven teams and manage various responsibilities
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with

management, team leaders and sales representatives.

**Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities are**:

- Dataflow management
- Conducting training sessions with team leaders to ensure they are well equipped to lead their teams and assisting with the development of sales consultants alike, working with both teams located in our head office and overseas
- Manage and drive sales to ensure targets are achieved
- Monitoring KPI’s for your team and individuals within them
- Building a positive and supportive culture
- Regularly review and assess team and individuals’ performance
- Proactively supervise and co-ordinate activities of the Sales Team Leaders and Sales Consultants
- Playing a part in recruitment and bringing in the right talent
- Collaborating with other members of Senior Management to develop policies, sales training

plans and sales strategies
- Developing product scripts for new and upcoming products for the sales team to market and collaborating with the General Manager on minimum and target sell prices for each product
- Organizing, managing, and running staff incentives

**Salary**
- 75,000 base (depending on experience) + Superannuation
- Uncapped monthly commissions based on the team’s targets

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 2 years (required)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
