**Location**: Helensvale, Gold Coast (Office-based)
**Hours**: Flexible Part-Time - approx. 20 hours per week
- Standard option**:Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm**:
- OR Flexible option**:4-5 days per week, 9:00am - 2:00pm**
**Pay Rate**: Competitive, based on experience

**About the Role**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Bookkeeper** who has **proven experience with NDIS billing and invoicing**. This role is **office-based in Helensvale** and is essential to keeping our financial and billing operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.
You’ll be working closely with our operations and coordination team to ensure participant billing, provider claims, and financial records are handled smoothly and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage **NDIS billing and invoicing** through relevant platforms (PRODA, Plan Managers, etc.)
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems
- Prepare reports for management when required
- Ensure compliance with **NDIS billing rules and guidelines**:
- Liaise with plan managers, participants, and internal staff regarding billing queries
- General bookkeeping and office finance tasks as required
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Mandatory**: Demonstrated experience in **NDIS billing & invoicing**:
- Previous bookkeeping / accounting experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **NDIS processes and compliance**:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software (preferred)
- Ability to work **autonomously** while being a supportive part of the team
