**- Flexible working arrangements (5 days per fortnight in the office)
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- This admin role involves maintaining data, efficient processing of member request (insurance-underwriting related) from members within the timelines.
- Providing exceptional service to our partners through completion of all work types in an administrative environment
- Adherence to agreed service and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and area specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
- Investigation and ownership of complex queries
- Actively contributing towards continuous process improvement
- Demonstrating drive and motivation by keeping up-to-date of current industry related information and changes

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- Experience in processing high volumes of data
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated positive attitude towards learning new skills
